How to request deletion
- Send an email to lushlocked@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your full name, registered phone number, and (if available) a recent order number so we can verify your identity.
- We will confirm receipt and may contact you to verify the request before proceeding.
- Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 7 business days of verification.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, login credentials, and saved addresses
- Your wishlist and saved cart
- Your marketing and communication preferences
- Loyalty points and loyalty history tied to your account
What we may retain
We may retain certain order, payment, and transaction records after account deletion where required to comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations. This information is kept only as long as legally required and is no longer linked to an active account.
