রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To be considered, items must be new and unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where applicable.

আমরা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ ও ত্রুটিমুক্ত উভয় পণ্যের রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি। অর্ডার পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে। বিবেচনার জন্য, পণ্য অবশ্যই নতুন ও অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায়, মূল অবস্থায় এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.

স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও নিরাপত্তার কারণে, খোলা, ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ব্যক্তিগত পরিচর্যা পণ্য রিটার্নের যোগ্য নাও হতে পারে, যদি না সেগুলো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল অবস্থায় পৌঁছায়।

We do not currently offer product exchanges. Approved returns are processed as refunds only — see our Refund Policy for processing times.

আমরা বর্তমানে পণ্য বিনিময়ের সুবিধা দিচ্ছি না। অনুমোদিত রিটার্ন শুধুমাত্র রিফান্ড হিসেবে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয় — প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়সীমার জন্য আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতি দেখুন।

Return method and costs

Returns can be made in store, by post, or at a drop-off location. A free return label is included in your package for postal returns. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

দোকানে, ডাকযোগে, অথবা ড্রপ-অফ স্থানে রিটার্ন করা যায়। ডাকযোগে রিটার্নের জন্য আপনার প্যাকেজে একটি ফ্রি রিটার্ন লেবেল অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে। যোগ্য রিটার্নের জন্য কোনো রিস্টকিং ফি নেই।

Returned items may be inspected before a return is accepted. Please do not send an item back until you receive return instructions from our team.

রিটার্ন গ্রহণের আগে ফেরত পাঠানো পণ্য পরিদর্শন করা হতে পারে। আমাদের টিমের কাছ থেকে রিটার্নের নির্দেশনা না পাওয়া পর্যন্ত অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্য ফেরত পাঠাবেন না।
