Some products may include a manufacturer or seller warranty. This policy explains how warranty requests are handled when warranty coverage is available.
কিছু পণ্যে প্রস্তুতকারক বা বিক্রেতার ওয়ারেন্টি অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে। ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ উপলব্ধ থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি অনুরোধ কীভাবে পরিচালিত হয় তা এই নীতিতে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।

Warranty coverage, if offered, applies only to eligible products and manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty period: 1-3 years, depending on the product.
ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ, যদি প্রদান করা হয়, শুধুমাত্র যোগ্য পণ্য এবং স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে উৎপাদনগত ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদ: পণ্যভেদে ১-৩ বছর।
What is not covered

Warranty coverage generally does not include normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or damage caused by not following product care instructions. Product-specific exclusions: consumable items such as skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products are not covered by warranty; for electrical appliances (e.g. hair dryers, straighteners, and styling tools), the warranty does not cover damage from voltage fluctuations, water exposure, or use with an incompatible power source.
ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজে সাধারণত স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়, দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতি, অপব্যবহার, অননুমোদিত মেরামত, বা পণ্যের যত্নের নির্দেশনা না মানার ফলে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে না। পণ্য-নির্দিষ্ট ব্যতিক্রম: স্কিনকেয়ার, হেয়ারকেয়ার এবং কসমেটিক পণ্যের মতো ভোগ্য পণ্য ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়; বৈদ্যুতিক যন্ত্রপাতির (যেমন হেয়ার ড্রায়ার, স্ট্রেইটনার এবং স্টাইলিং টুলস) ক্ষেত্রে, ভোল্টেজ ওঠানামা, পানির সংস্পর্শ, বা অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ পাওয়ার সোর্স ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়।

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, coordinate with the relevant supplier or manufacturer. Available resolutions depend on the product and the terms of the applicable warranty.
