When refunds may be considered

Refunds may be considered for eligible returns, cancelled orders, unavailable items, or verified issues with an order. Each request is reviewed based on the circumstances and the applicable policy.

Refund review

Once we receive the necessary information or a returned item, we will review the request and let you know the outcome. A refund is not confirmed until the review is complete.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will be issued using the appropriate method for the order where possible. Estimated refund processing time: 14 days.
